At Nivaa Creation, we aim to deliver your favourite ethnic wear right to your doorstep quickly and safely. We currently deliver across all major locations in India.

1. Delivery Timelines

• Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

• Once shipped, delivery generally takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location.

• Please note: No shipments are made on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Shipping Partners

We work with trusted courier partners like Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post to ensure timely delivery.
In some remote areas, delivery times may vary depending on the local courier network.

3. Address Details

Please make sure to provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including the correct PIN code and a working phone number.
We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Orders with incomplete or incorrect details may face delays.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification with the tracking number and courier details.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to be updated on the courier’s website.

5. Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your parcel due to unavailability, they will make two additional attempts.
If delivery still fails, the order will be returned to us. In such cases, reshipping charges will apply.

6. Damaged or Tampered Packages

Please do not accept a parcel if it appears to be tampered or damaged at the time of delivery.
Kindly contact our support team immediately with pictures of the parcel.

7. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping is available on all orders within India.

• For bulk or customized orders, additional shipping charges may apply, and customers will be informed in advance.

8. Delays

Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen reasons such as:

• Weather conditions

• Courier delays

• Local restrictions or public holidays
