Refund policy

Delivery

We deliver to all postal addresses worldwide. Courier companies cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, so please provide a full street address with pin/zip code.

For daytime orders, we provide same-day dispatch.

Residential shipments to the USA and some other countries may be left at the door if no one is available to receive the package. Our courier partners (USPS, DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS, Speed Post, etc.) cannot provide delivery confirmation in such cases. Please ensure someone is present to receive your package.

Deliveries are generally during normal working hours of courier companies, which may vary by country. Deliveries are not made on Sundays, public holidays, or certain local off-days (e.g., Fridays in some Islamic countries). Occasionally, Saturday deliveries may be arranged on a case-by-case basis.

Easy Returns

Returning or exchanging your product is simple. Please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy



Refund Timeline: Refunds will be initiated within 3 weeks from the date we receive the returned parcel.

-Unpacking Video: An unpacking video is mandatory to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

-Tampered Parcels: Do not accept parcels that appear tampered or damaged at delivery.


Exchange Process: Exchange items will be dispatched after we receive the returned product.

-Claim Processing: Refund or exchange claims take up to 3 weeks to process.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are not included in item prices. Benefits of reduced shipping apply on additional items. Rates are weight-based, rounded up to the next 500 grams.

International Shipping: Cost depends on the order size — larger orders often have lower rates.

Free Shipping (India): Free delivery is available to any address in India. Ensure the complete postal address and PIN code are provided. Shipments to schools, colleges, or hostels are at the customer’s risk.


Special Delivery Requests: If you require a specific delivery date, mention it in the gift message box. Otherwise, orders will be delivered at the earliest opportunity.


International Courier

Orders are shipped via the fastest air courier services (USPS, DHL, TNT, Speed Post, etc.) within 48–72 hours to the USA, Europe, and major cities in the Middle and Far East.

Multiple items may arrive in separate packages due to availability or shipping locations. All shipments originate from Udaipur, Rajasthan, India.

Insurance: All parcels are fully insured at no extra cost. While we aim to ensure safe delivery, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after courier handover.


Notifications & Tracking

You will receive an email with **tracking information** when your order ships. Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to activate.


Address Changes

Address changes can be requested within 24 hours of order placement. Please email wholesale@nivaa.creation.com* and call us if needed.

Note:Incorrect addresses may incur courier penalties. Customers are responsible for reshipping charges in such cases.


VAT & Customs Duties

VAT, import duties, and customs taxes are not included in our pricing. International customers are responsible for any fees imposed by their country. Additional courier service charges may apply.


Lost Orders

If a shipment is lost in transit, we wait 15–20 days before reprocessing/reshipping.


Exchange Conditions

Exchanges are possible under the following conditions:
– Received wrong product
– Received wrong color
– Received wrong size
– Damaged product
